Our Company

Dunow Enterprise (DE) is established to help hospitals find balance in maintaining cutting edge quality care, resource utilization, staff morale, teamwork and finances.  Carolyn Dunow, founder of DE, has 25 years as a Respiratory Care Practitioner, Department Manager, Research Manager, Education Leader and International Consultant.  Combined with 8 years as a life coach and energy healer, she is able to assist individuals in relations to the organizations in reaching their full potential.  Her experience with complex adaptive systems and appreciative inquiry keep her on the cutting edge of business strategies that are moving beyond “systems thinking” and into a more holistic approach.
